if you want the best tasting Mayo ever, make your own.it takes all of 3 minutes, has no chems, and just tastes great.
Here's how.......
You need a Stick wand kinda blender. You need a glass bowl.
In said bowl. break one large egg. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and a (optional) tablespoon of crushed garlic.and a tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Mix that all up.
Add a third of a cup of canola oil, blend. Add another third of a cup of oil, blend. Add the remaining third of a cup of oil, blend.
Place your mayo in a mason jar. Refrigerate. Keeps for 3 weeks in the fridge.

THE GLASS BOWL IS CRUCIAL> it won't work on a plastic bowl.
You can add anything you want....Scirracca, Dill, Onion..... there are no limits !!
