Make Your Own Mayo. ......... MyoMayo !

Easy Mayo... so simple a cave....oooppps, sorry.....A child could make this.

if you want the best tasting Mayo ever, make your own.it takes all of 3 minutes, has no chems, and just tastes great.

Here's how.......

You need a Stick wand kinda blender. You need a glass bowl.

In said bowl. break one large egg. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and a (optional) tablespoon of crushed garlic.and a tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Mix that all up.

Add a third of a cup of canola oil, blend. Add another third of a cup of oil, blend. Add the remaining third of a cup of oil, blend.

Place your mayo in a mason jar. Refrigerate. Keeps for 3 weeks in the fridge.

Cost, approximately $00.30

THE GLASS BOWL IS CRUCIAL> it won't work on a plastic bowl.

You can add anything you want....Scirracca, Dill, Onion..... there are no limits !!

Real Men Make Quiche !

Bestest Quiche... Easiest too !! .... 

 

Bake a frozen pie crust at 350 for 15 minutes. ... 

 

 Meanwhile chop up an onion, zucchini, tomato and celery in little pieces. 

REAL EASY QUICHE

Place in a bowl. 

Add 6 eggs and a cup of milk or Half&Half. 

 Chop up a cup of cheddar cheese in small cubes. 

Mix well. .... 

Add your favorite spices, pepper. .... 

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. .... 

You can add anything you want, like Cooked Italian sausage, ham cubes, Swiss cheese. ... 

The possibilities are endless !!

  This is a work in progress. I can cook great simple meals, but this newfangled blogging......phew.

In a small pan, cook up 2 eggs.

Break the yokes.

Put fried pepper strips around the pan. ..

When your eggs are ready, drop them in one of those newfangled taco boat shells. ..

Add a squirt of Scirraca. .. Use extra large paper towels . .. Delish, but messy ..!
