Fold over bacon.

Pate Chinois ----- Quebec French Canadian Sheppard Pie
Mon doux, que c'est bon !!!!
What can I say about the best comfort food anywhere on this planet.
Easy as all get out, tastes great. 20 minutes and it is ready to be wolfed down by the pickiest eater in your family.
1 pound of 85/15 hamburger meat.
1 can of Niblets Corn
6 potatoes +milk as needed
Cook up the meat and drain.
Place the meat in a 8X8 microwave safe dish.
Cover the meat with corn.
Cook and mash the potatoes. Add milk to get a smooth consistency. Spread over the corn.
Once smooth, draw a fork across to make lines. Place a pat of butter in the middle and lightly sprinkle paprika.
When ready to eat, pop the dish in the microwave and nuke it for 2:45 minutes.

Mama's Sweet Italian Sausage
Sausigge !!! Nothing evokes "Italian" than this great dish. Simple, too !!
As you might have noticed, I rarely put in quantities in my recipes. Nothing is measured. be creative, add stuff you like, spices you want to try. It's all good, man !!

Sweet Italian Sausage ......or Spicy Sausage..... whatever you like !!
In an electric frying pan, 5 sweet Italian sausages and a can of beer.
Boil
the beer away.
Cut sausage in One inch pieces.
Add the peppers and onions.
Cook for a few minutes.
In the meantime, make some rice. Either add to the pan or serve the sausage on a bed of rice.
Easy Peasy, 5 WOWS !!
Can be prepared ahead of time, except the rice.

Grilled Salmon
This is one of the best things you can make. Extra Easy Peasy !!
Your family and friends will ask for more. This will uip your reputation as a Real Good Cook !!
Easy Peasy Salmon on the Griddle .....
Heat griddle to 350.
Spray with Canola Oil ......
Sprinkle Salmon with Black Pepper. ....
Cook 4 minutes each side........
Serve with Rice and veggies.....
Saint Joseph Shiritake
Discovered this a few years ago. No Carb Pasta !!! A real miracle !!
Look for it in the Soya section, usually in the Vegetable department of your grocery store.
It is called Shiritake and comes in various shapes.
Important ..... Wash the noodles in cold water.... they smell kinda funky !!
St. Joseph Shiritake.
Drain and clean package of Shiritake noodles.
Add some Olive Oil, flaked garlic, black pepper and bread crumbs.
Microwave for 1 1/2 minute.
Easy peasy lunch.

Best Scrambled Eggs Ever
Best Scrambled Eggs.......
In a plastic bowl. Spoonful of butter. Melt in microwave.
Add 4 eggs, black pepper, 3 different cheeses chopped up in small cubes, some green pepper chopped up in small pieces, 1/2 cup of milk.
Whip with a fork.
Microwave 1:11 minute. Stir. Repeat 1:11 minute. Stir. Repeat 1:11 minute.
Serve with bacon, fried salami..... Voila, Easy Peasy knockout Paelo Atkins breakfast in less than 5 minutes.

Make Your Own Mayo. ......... MyoMayo !
Easy Mayo... so simple a cave....oooppps, sorry.....A child could make this.
if you want the best tasting Mayo ever, make your own.it takes all of 3 minutes, has no chems, and just tastes great.
Here's how.......
You need a Stick wand kinda blender. You need a glass bowl.

In said bowl. break one large egg. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and a (optional) tablespoon of crushed garlic.and a tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Mix that all up.
Add a third of a cup of canola oil, blend. Add another third of a cup of oil, blend. Add the remaining third of a cup of oil, blend.
Place your mayo in a mason jar. Refrigerate. Keeps for 3 weeks in the fridge.
Cost, approximately $00.30
THE GLASS BOWL IS CRUCIAL> it won't work on a plastic bowl.
You can add anything you want....Scirracca, Dill, Onion..... there are no limits !!
